“Clean, warm, nice, great host, provided some flexibility with check in process, called in almost right away after we checked it and informed that we forgot our laptop so we didn't have to drive longer, breakfast included too, very responsive to calls. Definitely will stay again if needed”

“We were a bit sceptical at first but left feeling quite happy. David and his wife Rose really seem to enjoy their jobs. The food was very good and reasonable. Amarone wine was perfect and very reasonable. Our room was clean and fine. Close to cycling trail.”

“We came here off the bike trail it's too far away from the trail to be convenient. There is no restaurant within walking distance even biking from here would take you over an hour, they do have a private delivery service that charges a reasonable rate of 15 dollars to go and get us subway but be warned they don't speak English, the motel itself is very poorly maintained outside grass is over grown , pool is closed and green and grass is all grown up around it within the fenced in area . The restaurant listed on the website is closed except for free breakfast in the morning which was good . The owner operator is a sweet guy , but the rooms are outdated and the air conditioning unit is very noisy . So as a point of reference bring food for yourself there isn't even a pop machine anywhere .the room is more for budget conscious people who need a place to sleep late at night , it's not the kind of place where you can keep kids busy . There are tons of deer around too so be careful driving as well .”

“We stayed at Auberge Godard while biking along the Petite Train du Nord trail and it was a great stop, just 1.5 km from the trail. David and Rose were wonderful hosts and made us feel right at home. Dinner at the restaurant was a highlight. The food was terrific and we enjoyed a great bottle of Italian wine at a very fair price. It was the perfect way to end a day of riding. The rooms were clean, though a bit dated, and could use some fresher air. A little modernization would make this place even better. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay thanks to David and Rose’s warm hospitality and an outstanding dinner”
